What if I already have a listing?
Any existing listing prior to September 26, 2008 will not be charged for 2 months if they are still active. These listings will be considered grandfathered listings and will not be charged until November 26, 2008. If your rental property is not rented after the 2 month period, you will be notified of payment. If you choose not to pay, your rental property will be turned off until we receive payment.
